Overall Points counting toward the Inter-Club Trophy

Briefing:  Channel 37/M1 at 07:30hrs COURSE ANNOUNCEMENT
Tides (Sheerness): HW 15:11 BST (5.6m) LW 2:.34 BST (0.7m)

Start Times:
 
Swale Handicap numbers 1100 and above 10:00 hrs numbers less than 1100  10:30 hrs
Finish Time:  Please ensure the name of your yacht is easily visible to the committee boat as you pass through the finish line.  It is a good idea to note your own elapsed time and the name of the yacht ahead and behind you as you finish.
The event will close at 17:30 hrs
Start & Finish Officer: Paul  - call JEPA
Officers on the water:  John - call INACHUS and Paul JEPA
 
Finish Line: The mast of Committee Boat JEPA with Receptive

Course A:  19.3 nautical miles.  Start: Receptive and committee boat JEPA, Sand End (p), Pollard
Spit (p), Ham Gat (s), Columbine Spit (s), Spaniard (s), Whitstable Street (s), Oyster (s), Columbine Spit (p), Pollard Spit (s), Sand End (s), Receptive (s)  Finish

Course B: Light Air 14.1 nautical miles. Start: Receptive and committee boat JEPA, Sand End (p), Pollard Spit (p), Ham Gat (s), Columbine Spit (s), Whitstable Street (s), Oyster (s), Columbine Spit (p), Pollard Spit (s), Sand End (s), Receptive (s) Finish 
 
Alterations:  Should it be necessary on the day to shorten the course due to prevailing conditions competitors will be advised via channel 37/M1

Slow Handicap Start: PY 1100 and above - 10:00 hrs
Fast  Handicap Start: PY less than 1100 10:30 hrs

On the Water:  John Elliott - Inachus  & Neil Merritt - Mojo
Start Line:- From Receptive to the Committee Boat  Jepa moored south of the Receptive bouy. Finish Line:- Abeam of Queenborough All Tide Landing and the committee boat Jepa

Course (A) 22 nautical miles - Sand End (port), Ham Gat (port), Columbine Spit (port), Columbine (port), Spile (starboard), Cant Beacon (port), Mid Cant (starboard), No.8 (port), West Cant (port), Grain Hard (port), North Kent (port), South Kent (port), Queenborough Spit (starboard), finish line.

If necessary the course above will be shortened by deleting Columbine, Cant beacon and No.8. Please listen out on Chanel 37 

If you are entering in the singlehanded race for the Ron Levermore Cup, please inform the Committee Boat before you start the race.
Event Closes 17:00 hrs

A trot boat service will be  available at Queenborough, please call ‘Sheppey Three’ on Channel 08 Queenborough Yacht Club will be open for meals and snacks.

Course: 8.5 NM - Black Stakes (Starboard), Stangate Spit (starboard),  No.  14 (Starboard),  East Bulwark No. 9 (Port), No.15 (Starboard),  No. 17 (Port), No.15 (Port); No.14 (Starboard), Stangate Spit Buoy (Starboard), Blackstakes (Port) Finish Line.

monitor Medway VTS on Channel 74

Please support the prize giving party which will be held at Conyer Cruising Club on Friday
29th June starting at 7.30pm.  Food will be provided and tickets are £10 each available from club representatives throughout the regatta weekend.
